This Mediterranean-themed spa was founded by a psychologist and nurse who’ve designed it to act as a holistic day sanctuary. Some aspect of aromatherapy is used in nearly every treatment here, except Reiki. To that end, each client sits down with a practitioner before every treatment to do two things: form a client-practitioner connection, and fill out a questionnaire so aromatherapy oils can be custom-blended.
Showers aren’t available here; the point is that oils should stay on the body for several days in order to have their healing effect. Practitioners are skilled at customizing treatments, as well. Depending on your needs, your massage therapist may combine several types of massage during your treatment.
