The philosophy behind Breathe is to teach clients new ways to relax and rejuvenate — to channel the soul into a new way of life. Each of the spa’s five treatment rooms — called tree, plant, sun, water and mountain, respectively — has a different theme and is decorated accordingly. Be sure to try Breathe’s aromatherapy foot treatment, best described as a facial for the feet. It starts with an herbal soak and is followed by a peppermint masque, paraffin wax treatment, lower leg and foot reflexology massage and canyon hot rock treatment. Also try Breathe’s signature Desert series, which includes the desert facial and desert mineral scrub, designed to combat the affects of the dry Utah climate.
