Fitness instructors and exercise specialists at the spa offer comprehensive fitness assessments, stress tests, personal training and nutritional assessments to teach you better habits and more effective workout and eating programs. Fitness classes include yoga and aerobics, as well as a daily, 45-minute “Fit Walk” around the grounds of the chateau each morning. If you tire of the pampering, there’s always tennis, golf and the Equestrian Show Center, where you can check out one of the four, all-weather show arenas and spaces for 200 horses.
