Located just 30 minutes north of Atlanta, the castle-like Château Élan is actually a complex of buildings including the spa with it’s own, 1 4-room inn, a separate 277-room inn, individual villas located on a golf course, and something rare among spa properties: its own winery.
The winery has 200 acres of vineyards and offers winery tours and tastings, wine seminars, and even a summer concert series called “Swinging on the Grapevine.”
But it’s the spa you’re most interested in, and facilities won’t disappoint. The spa has 14 individually decorated theme rooms, ranging from the Gatsby Room to the Fox Hunt Loft. There are a variety of spa packages for individuals and couples ranging from one-night only, to the five-night “Luxury Vacation” package that includes nearly every service the spa has to offer. All the overnight packages include breakfast, lunch and dinner, use of the steam, sauna, whirlpool and indoor resistance pool fitness classes, afternoon tea winery tour and tastings, access to a concierge and use of bicycles.
A variety of day packages tailored to a variety of needs are available as well, ranging from the "Mother-to-Be", which includes a paraffin hand dip, pedicure, Swedish Massage and deep cleansing facial, to the "Gentlemen’s Deluxe", with a Swedish massage, luxury facial and hydrotherapy bath.
