The Santa Catalina Mountains tilt south toward Tucson, cut by deep canyons on one side and punctuated by jagged peaks on the other. The other side, that with the jagged peaks, is to the north. Before arriving, you’ll have an opportunity to discuss your needs and expectations with Miraval staff; with this discussion, a personally tailored program will be developed to fit your personal needs. Life balancing programs at Miraval include Peace Meditation, Create Your Vision, Fitness, and Corporate Team Building. You’ll sample such diversities as equine experience, rock climbing, the challenge course, T’ai Chi, yoga, meditation and arts and music. Or you may instead choose to focus on another program entirely, such as Lifestyle Management. Here you’ll have the benefits of such workshops as stress reduction, nutrition and cooking, as well as private consultations in a variety of other areas.
