Facilities: An 1897 replica of Louis XV’s Petite Trianon at Versailles holds the dining room, library, and health and healing professionals; climate-controlled, glass-enclosed walkways connect other Ranch facilities including the 1 00,000-square-foot spa complex holding an array of cardiovascular and strength equipment, fitness classes, racquet sports and swimming facilities, as well as locker rooms and treatment facilities for services such as massage, salon, and body treatments.
Meal plans: All meals are included in the price of the package. Breakfasts include choices such as cranberry apple cakes, lox and bagels, and vegetable & cheese frittata with roasted potatoes; numerous lunch and dinner choices include salad niçoise with warm tuna fillet, corn tamales with sun-dried tomato coulis, lobster with burgundy sauce, rack of Iamb with warm spinach salad, and pecan-crusted trout with frangelica sauce.
Accommodations: One hundred and twenty deluxe rooms and suites; suites include sitting area, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and mini-refrigerator.
