To encourage balanced benefits, the fitness staff recommends participating in at least one class daily from each of six categories: 1. cardiovascularand aerobics; 2. strengthening and anaerobictoning; 3. flexibility; 4. coordination and balance; 5. relaxation; and, 6. personal rewards (spa treatments). To facilitate this balance, the schedule is such that every hour you may select a new class or activity.

It’s an easy question to answer as you slow down to dine. With a steady flow of just-picked vegetables coming from the on-site, six-acre organic gardens, food here is definitely life enhancing. Although low in fat and salt, whole grains, legumes and greens are used in inventive ways to create delicious meals.
Also life enhancing arethe spa treatments, offered a a carte, but at very reasonable prices. A classic massage, for example, is only $55; an herbal wrap, $35; a manicure, $20. A nap in a Mexican hammock is free.
